Sometimes we ask ourselves if it is worth the effort of recycling plastics every single day.
We have no doubt. The recycled material is our main raw material. Such a small gesture prevents the waste from reaching landfills and oceans. In SODESA, we are capable of giving this materials a second use.

Sodesa obtains the Aenor UNE-EN 15343 Plastics – Recycled Plastics – Plastics recycling traceability and assessment of conformity and recycled content
Our raw material is polyethylene terephthalate, commonly known as PET. PET is a transparent material, light, safe, unbreakable, and most important, it is one of the easiest materials to be recycled.
From every 1000 kilos of raw material used in SODESA, at least 850 kilos come from other packaging recycled PET. Therefore, we obtain the vast majority of our raw materials form the yellow container in order to produce our packs.
Nowadays, many consumers ask themselves if recycling is worthy.
It is worthy, and each time even more.
Thanks to that gesture, we prevent the waste is sent to landfill and finally to the oceans. We are giving a second opportunity to that material.
Today, the PET recycling industry has consolidated during the last years and it continues growing every day. We just need to support this sector, with just a tiny gesture from the consumers.
